How to see which employees match to each policy
Once you are in Settings in Time Off page:
1. Detect the row of the time off type you want
2. Select "View Policies" in the 3 dots menu on the right
3. Click upon the employees link in "Current eligibility" column to see which employees currently match to this policy. A modal will open with all matching employees.
In case you want to check eligibility in the end of the year you click the employees link in the "end year eligibility" column".
Note: Policies automatically apply to employees. In case employees match to more that one policy, the system will calculate allowance days according to the last matching policy. Starting from the top, each matching policy overwrites the previous one. You may drag & drop rows in order to reorder your policies.
Tip: We advise you to start from the top with the most general policies (the ones that apply to the majority) and continues with the most particular ones.
