How to create time off types

To create a time off type you can do so by clicking "+Time off Type"  in Time off Settings or in quick action menu in header. 

You will need to:
- provide a name i.e Wedding Leave.
- choose an icon i.e ring icon
- choose usage whether this type is just to track absence without accrual policies or by also setting your company's accrual policies.
- and finally to activate it 

For example if you need to create a time off type that doesn't rely on employee's employment duration ie wedding leave, you must select "Just Track". If you wish to reassure that employees gain their annual time off days proportionally as their employment time occurs, you must select "Track with accrual policies". In case you select accrual you will also need to define the accrual policies i.e allow proportionally 21 days/year in employees who work less that 1 year in the company.

Note: In order for your employees to view the time off type you created you need to activated it. On the other hand if you want a specific type to stop being available for selection while an employee requests time off, you need to deactivate the specific type.
