What is included in onboarding?
k.people onboarding contains 4 steps.
1. Welcome message
2. Share Personal information
3. Share information related to hiring
4. Share Documentation
Once the admin user sends the onboarding link to the employee, the employee receives an email to login to their k.people account.
Note: The employee will need to set password to login to their account.
The employee is guided through these 4 steps and they can view & share information & documentation with the admin user.
Once the employee passes al 4 steps they land on k.people home page & an in app notification is send to the admin user.
