In which email employees' receive emails?

Employees receive all k.people emails in their account email. to see what email you have entered for a specific employee you may do so by clicking "Account" in their profile. This is the email you have provided when you entered the employee into k.people. 
Note: in case you need to edit an employee's account email, you can do so by clicking on the pencil icon next to the account email.
