Feature #1.  Create time off policies per working hours

The admin user can now set rules in time off policies per “working hour” i.e employees assigned with a certain working hour schedule have a 20 days off year allowance.

Feature #2: Massively assign working hours to employees

The admin user can now select employees and massively assign them to a certain schedule via the settings area.

Feature #3: Automatically create & assign working hours via import

We added in our existing “import template” 2 columns about an employee’s working schedule. Once these two columns are filled in then the schedules are automatically created in the admin account and assigned to the employee.

Feature #4: Filter additions in tables

The admin user now can filter tables by company location i.e country, premises across the main tables: “Employees list”,  “Time off Requests”, “Calendar”, “Balance” and the” absence” reports. “Department” filter was also added in the “Time off Requests” and the “Employees list”.

Additionally  the admin user can search by the employee’s name within the “Employees List, the “Time off Requests” table and the “Balance” Dashboard.

The employees can now filter the calendar view by Location and those who have direct reports can also filter by “Location” the “Time off requests” and the “Balance” table.

Feature #5: Employees List additions

The admin user can now view in the “Onboarding” tab the status of the onboarding process per employee. The statuses are “not sent”, “pending to complete” and completed by the employee.

Another addition is in the “Inactive” tab the “Reason of termination” column.

Improvements

For all of our admin users we turned  titles clickable and replace 3-dot menu with icons across 6 tables (department, locations, holidays, time off types, positions & company docs)

đź”® Coming Soon
