Includes the new features that were added during this release.


Feature #1.  Goals Management - Edit Goals Cycle

Following the previous sprint release we continue our implementation on goals management.

The admin user can now edit a goal cycle's general setting. Additionally can edit  who & when will set & evaluate goals. Looking a bit closer the admin user may edit:

General settings

  • Cycle’ name, 
  • The instructions / brief description to all participants and 
  • the due period in which the employees will need to reach their goals

Goal setting

  • Edit who will set goals.  The available options are only employees, only managers , both.
  • Edit when they will be able to set & edit goals.

Goals evaluation

  • Edit  who will evaluate goals.  The available options are only employees, only managers , both.
  • Edit When they will be able to evaluate goals.

Feature #2: Select employees while creating a new Cycle

We added a new additional step while creating a new performance cycle. The admin user can now select who will participate in the cycle.

The participants are only the employees who will be moved to the left column. Users may add /remove as they wish.

Feature #3: Add/ Remove participants from a goals Cycle

Additionally the admin user can now add/remove an employee to/from a specific cycle by clicking on “Add participant” and selecting who will participate.

On the other hand, by clicking on “bin” icon the admin user may remove an employee from participating in the performance cycle. All their information related to this cycle will be permanently deleted.

Feature #4: User’s help Center

The admin user can now see a “Help Center” button on the left. Once clicked the admin user haw options to view:

- Getting started

- Book a demo

- Book an onboarding Call

- Watch k.people in 2 minutes video

- Access the FAQ

- Give feedback

- Contact Support

The employee has the option to:

  • Access FAQs 
  • Give feedback about k.people
