Includes the new features that were added during this release.
Feature #1. Goals Setting - 🔔 System Notifications
Following previous releases we continue our implementation on goals management. System notification for employees who participate in the goals cycle & their reviewing managers are a must have element. That’s why we released a first batch of notifications related to goal setting. In particular, employees are notified via their login, about:
- Goal setting just started
- A new goal has been assigned to them and that
- Goal setting will end in 2 days
Reviewers are notified via their login, about:
- Their team’s goal setting just started
- Their team’s goal setting will end in 2 days
Feature #2: Goal setting - ✉️ Notification emails
Likewise, apart from the system notifications the employees will also be notified to their account email address about goals setting key events.In particular:
Employees will be notified via email about:
- Goal setting just started
- A new goal has been assigned to them
- Goal setting will end in 2 days
Reviewers will be notified via email about:
- Their team’s goal setting just started
- Their team’s goal setting will end in 2 days
Feature #3: Employee’s goals page for the admin user
Additionally the admin user can now view the detailed page of their employees. By clicking on the “eye” icon or on the number of goals, the admin user now views the detailed goal page for a specific employee.
Additionally apart from the detailed page, the admin user now has also the details of each goal. By clicking on a goal’s title or on the eye icon a modal opens to view the goal details.
Feature #4: Goals evaluation for the admin user
We added in Admin’s Goal Dashboard the goals evaluation info. In particular the admin user can now view in one page the status of each goal per employee. How many goals are achieved, not achieved or partly achieved as evaluated by the employees themselves and /or their reviewing managers (according to cycle’s settings).
Feature #5: Reviewers to view goals evaluation in team’s goals page
For the reviewing managers likewise the admin user, we added a summary of goals evaluation per team member in the team's goal dashboard.
Feature #6: Employee to set progress per goal
The employee can now update goals progress in a click and share with their reviewing manager if a goal hasn’t started, is in progress or closed.
Feature#7: Cycle Timeline
Additionally we created a cycle ‘s timeline where it shows the cycle's steps along with their date ranges which will be available to all participants.
Feature#7: Delete a goal.
We are humans, we make mistakes, so there is the case we just need to delete a goal. By clicking on the bin icon the user may delete a goal. Only users that are eligible to set and /or edit goals are also capable of deleting a goal.

📈 Start with time off Reporting - Absence report
One of the most frequently asked questions in payroll, who was absent last month? Not that exciting task but necessary. We are preparing a configurable report to see who was absent on a certain time period and why. Next step, if required, export the report in excel file and share it with potential 3rd parties.
