How to cancel a time off request

If you need to cancel a request which is still pending to be reviewed, you can just click on the cancel icon 🚫 of the specific request and proceed with cancelation.

Once you proceed the request appears as “canceled” in your time off page.

At the same time your reporting manager receives a notification email about the cancelation.

If you need to cancel a request which is already approved you can click on the cancel icon 🚫 and send a request to your administrator to cancel it for you.

If your administrator accepts the cancelation request, your time off request will be cancelled.

If your administrator does not approve the cancelation, the time off request will remain approved.

Either case you will receive a notification about your request' s status.
