How is my company billed and when?

k.people charges month over month, based on the number of active and onboarding employees (those with access to k.people).

At the end of your free trial period, we will charge your Payment Method for the next month with the monthly price for the Services you subscribed to, unless you terminate your subscription prior to the end of your free trial period.

To view the monthly price for the Services you subscribed to and to see the end date of your free trial period, you can go to the subscription section of your account in the Admin account settings area.

We do not charge you for inactive or pending employees.
